We work in partnership with other construction contractors providing an expert installation service. Our own directly employed staff carries out all installations and each completed facility comes with a comprehensive warranty.
Supply and Installation
We have had many years experience of installing a diverse range of synthetic surfacing from a wide range of manufacturers. With this knowledge we have gained an excellent understanding of the best surfaces to recommend on our own projects. Many of our clients are unclear as to the final choice of sports surface.
Resurfacing
Sports Facility Refurbishment: Our area of particular expertise. We offer a complete turnkey package for all types of refurbishment works. This includes removal and disposal of the old surface, rectification and preparation of underlying base, supply and installation of new synthetic shock absorbent layers and new synthetic surface. Existing synthetic grass pitches and Multi Use Games Areas (MUGA's) can often be resurfaced and upgraded without the need for complete replacement of the shock-pads or sub-base layers.
Surface Removal
All old and worn out synthetic surfaces are removed to ensure that no damage is done to the underlying shock pad layer assuming that it is in a sound condition. All machinery used to remove old surfaces is specially designed to remove any type of surface and on any type of base construction. The old surface is cut into smaller manageable strips be special cutting tools. Each roll is rolled and bound to make it easier to transport. A full size pitch can be stripped and made ready for a new surface within a week.
Recycling
All worn and old surfaces and shock absorbent layers that we remove are re-cycled or re used. Nothing is disposed of to landfill sites. We offer this facility on all refurbishment projects. This results in a positive effect on the environment and reduces the cost of the project.
